Small group Physio Pilates can be arranged if our class times don’t suit or if you have a group that requires more specific Pilates training (e.g Football players, Golf Pilates, Runners, Basketball players, over 60’s, Rugby players etc).
Small group Physio Pilates can cater for groups of two to six people at a time and take place in our Studio. Each session lasts for one hour.
